If incorrect or false information is provided, ki999 reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If fraudulent activity is detected in connection with any bonus claim, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ki999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

ki999 offers four VIP tiers for regular players:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

5 Gaming Rules

• Security risk or third-party complaint

7.2 User Rights

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. After the request, any verifiable balance in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable Terms; however, bonus funds will be evaluated according to the relevant rules.
